Using the proven Freedom Flow Framework I deliver your Done-For-You Dubsado Setup within a 2 week timeframe starting from the date of the Strategy Call.
Discovery Call
We'll have a FREE Discovery Call to see if we are a good match and to discuss a brief outline of what you'll need for your Dubsado Set Up. I will then create a bespoke quote for you. Email you over a proposal where you'll need to pay a deposit before we continue.
Client Questionnaire
You will then need to fill in an in depth questionnaire before our strategy call. So I have an understanding of your business and how it works. Along with any social media links, business details and branding information.
Strategy Call
A 90 Minute Zoom Call, Where we will discuss & outline everything that needs to be done! From what emails need to be written, looking at your client journey and what can be automated to simplify your business.
Let’s Get To Work!
Now all the research and strategy is done it's now time to actually get stuck into creating your Dubsado Set Up. Don’t worry from now on you can just sit back, relax and let us do our thing! Your Setup will be completed in 2 weeks!
Training Call
This is where I'll show you how to use your new Dubsado Set Up and answer any questions you have! We will record this call so you’ll always have it for your own records!

After your Training Call you will receive 30 Days Slack support where we can correct any hiccups and where I can support you using your new system.

Strategy
Where I collect all the information about your branding, how you work with clients and learn about your services. After everything is collected I’ll map out a workflow for Dubsado which we will discuss all the nitty gritty on the Strategy Call. I will also list what emails, forms and schedulers are needed.
Tech Setup
I get to work! Setting up everything in the back end of your Dubsado, adding statuses + tags, creating payment plans, adding your packages and creating your client portal.

Design + Copy
This is where you’ll see your Dubsado starting to come to life! I’ll add in your canned email templates, design your forms, set up call schedulers and create branded elements for your email signature + client portal!

Now the magic happens! It’s time to create the workflows and any integrations needed. I will also test all the elements to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Now the setup is complete, we will have a training call on zoom where you can ask any questions you may have. After your Training Call you will receive 30 Days Slack support where any hiccups can be corrected and where I can support you using your new system.
