Here's 3 things I've learnt growing my business this year...
1. It’s never too early for systems!
Even if it’s just you in your business, write those SOP’s down! Have an onboarding and onboarding process. Systems will save you time and make running your business EASIER! Things won’t slip through the cracks and when you hire a team you’ll have all your processes sorted so you can delegate easily (and with no stress). Systems can save you 2 hours a day! YES TWO WHOLE HOURS A DAY! 🤯
2. AUTOMATE!!
Automate what you can and when you’re ready delegate the rest! There’s so many simple repetitive tasks you can automate… yes, they don’t individually, they don’t take long but all that time added up accumulates! Invoicing one person takes 5 minutes, invoicing 5 takes 25 mins! Get it automated girl! 💫
3️. Invest in yourself!
Having a business coach has helped SO SO MUCH! It’s held me accountable, had someone to talk to, bounce ideas off and help me get out of ruts when things aren’t going the way you want. Couldn’t of done all this without my amazing coach!😘
Invest in a coach, do a course, push yourself and never stop learning!
