Onboarding Process
This is when your client chooses their package, signs contracts and pays their first payment. You can also include a welcome guide or email to show the client exactly what to expect from their service with you. You can also send out questionnaires to gather any further information that you need from the client to help you in providing a smooth service.
Completion of Work
Pretty self explanatory… this is where you provide the client with the service they paid for - Coaching, VA services or Social Media Managing etc.
Off Boarding
When your work with the client comes to an end, you provide them with any work that you completed, ask them for review or even send out a feedback form to help you grow within your business.
Follow Up
See how your client is getting on with the work you completed or after your coaching with them. You can also use this for if you have any other services to offer them that you think they would benefit from.
